Meet Jeff McDermott

Having come from generations of boat builders and sailors, as well as being a United States Coast Guard certified captain, Sanibel and Captiva and the surrounding waters provide me with an outlet for my lifelong passions. I’ve sailed thousands of miles, in waters worldwide and few compare with the natural beauty and diversity available here. I spent most of my childhood in Indiana and Ohio sailing the great lakes and also honing my skills in the local island waters while on vacation. I've visited the islands of Sanibel and Captiva since I was a child and having lived in the area for the last 11 years I have developed an incredible respect and appreciation of these unique sanctuary islands. I've also come to understand the local market, recognize trends and spot special opportunities for my customers. My love for the area and my passion for the real-estate industry drives me to a "whatever it takes" approach to selling YOUR house or helping you find YOUR dream home, whether it is an elegant beachfront home, a quaint cottage or a prestigious condo overlooking the 9th hole with magnificent rolling greens.
